The association „Workshop of Solutions” has been established to promote and support public participation in decision-making processes on local, national and EU level, to bring together decision makers and those to be influenced by their decisions..

The association unites qualified experts in process management, policy analysis, legislation analysis, project planning, preparation and management. The experts have a long-standing experience implementing projects of national and international scale, cooperating with public institutions and NGOs. The organisation implements events and develops the materials in Latvian, Russian and English languages. 

• Involves wide variety of target groups in researching the policy questions, implements policy and legal analysis, develops research reports and recommendations to policy makers. 
• Develops methodological, educational and informative materials to various target groups to support their participation in public life in Latvian, Russian and English languages.
• Implements the events for civic education.

Ausma Pastore: process management, moderation of discussions, development of methodological materials and education programmes and their implementation in the following spheres: education, NGO training, public involvement in decision making (including public consultations), conference planning and management. 

Zinta Miezaine: policy analysis, development of recommendations to policy makers, research in the spheres of public management, policy development and other spheres, public relations, lobbying, public involvement methods in decision making process.

Andra Damberga: project planning, development and management, policy analysis, development education.

Aija Karlsberga: national and EU level legal and policy analysis, development of recommendations to policy makers. 

Luīze Pastore: creative projects, workshop and conference management, administration and maintenance of documentation.

Jurģis Miezainis: internet page development, programming and maintenance, other tasks related to programming information Technologies and research.
